RecommendedEmployee at front desk was great. Both on phone and in person. Made everything easy to rent. Space is clean. We feel it’s quite secure. So far very pleased. Highly recommend. Good price too compared to many.

Horrible experience with them they have rats in the location on Mason Rd in Richmond TX They also try to change the price per unit every month. Every month the price goes up and they claim that it is because of market value in the area, I have never seen it come down. They lock you in by having you put all your stuff in there and know you won’t move an entire house of furniture out of their storage facility just because they change the price $20 a month I would not recommend this business
