There are many things I love about this storage facility. Reserving and setting up the lease is super simple, and you can accomplish everything online. It is clean, and there are carts available. The person who works there Cindy is super friendly and very helpful. They do a good job of communicating via email and even texts that are helpful. I rented a 5x12 unit for $130 and the monthly rent increased multiple times over the next 9 months to $190, at which point I ended my relationship with ES. I was never notified that a rent increase would be a possibility, let alone multiple rent increases in such a short period of time. I called the facility asking to see where the contract stated that the rent would be periodically raised and the woman could not specify where it was stated. I rented a 5x5 unit in September 2013 for $46. I was notified that there would be a rental increase in 6 months and I would be provided 30-days notice of that increase. I was required to provide a credit card for automatic withdrawal of the monthly rent. I was NOT informed that a rental increase would occur AUTOMATICALLY every 9 months (until 3 days ago) and range from 15% to 24% as it has during the past 3.5 years. Just say no to this place... they treated me like gold & my son like dirt... not to mention their failure to recognize or acknowledge that my son had left the unit empty & ready for someone else caused an extra month of fees which we didn't find out about until being sent to collections! Horrible!!!

Forget this place! The roof leaked two months after I got my things in and they never fixed it. They said they would get a roofer out and they never stopped the leak. They would not move my things or pay for movers. I am disabled and they took 4000 dollars rent to ruin my sofa and mold over all my boxes and cloths! Dirt balls!

Think twice before using your credit card to reserve a space. I reserved two spaces, went to look at them, and decided not to take either of them. I requested my deposits back. They refunded only one deposit. It has been several weeks of constant phone calls and lots of BS about needing to see my bank statements, then the check is in the mail, then they need to check with the bookkeeper... Really what a pain to retrieve a small deposit. There bookkeeping skills and customer service when it comes to refunds get a double thumb... read more
