Very clean, very secure for your favorites. I had my stuff for nearly 20 years stored here was just in as good shape . No weird smells no dampness or mold. Only problem, the price went up ever year

I had a 10x20 drive to the door unit at Extra Space Storage on 38th Ave for about a year. The unit was clean, had a ceiling light, the facility was very well lit, and gate access was available until 10 pm! A huge plus! My husband passed away suddenly last year. We had to clean out his machine shop. I needed a storage space asap. Extra Space was in the neighborhood. I pre-paid 4 months in advance. And got a great deal. I needed storage quick after moving and I spoke with Arden @Extra Space Storage. She found me a unit on the spot and even delayed her lunch break to help me. Fast forward 10 days later and my storage needs grew to store a classic truck. Once again Arden came through and let me know of a recent vacancy and quickly accommodated me into a larger the very same day!! Saving me time and money! We have been a customer for three years, our needs have changed an wanted to down size our space. Arden was very helpful in finding several smaller spaces. We found one just down the hall from our space. We were able to move out of the old space and into the new one with in a few hours. Thank You Arden, Donn and JoAnne Meade

Was helped by Tiffany and got the chance to walk through the site for a unit. We ended up finding a unit that I thought was a perfect fit for my stuff at a better rate!

I had a very pleasant experience today at the 38th street extra storage space. I spoke with a girl at the front desk, I believe her name was Arden. She gave me a full run down of the lease and showed me a 3x3 & 5x5, I was however looking for a larger space but will be back soon. Arden was very professional and polite. Thanks again.
