I'm just writing a review to let people know how friendly and helpful the staff is! Kari is so amazing! I stop in to pay my bill every month and enjoy being greeted by her. She knows my name and my unit number. I feel like we've actually become friends!! Can't wait to see her next month!! I wish more places made you feel this comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Clean facilities, friendly staff. I am left wondering why there was a door off its hinges (not apart of the review I'm just genuinely curious) my only issue was there was clearly daylight coming into my unit, I kinda expected it to be fully enclosed you know? Feels like a good way to get a rodent/ pest issue introduced

I just rented a unit a unit from the 37th st and Bell. I was really happy ty get the manager Eric on the phone because he explained everything to.meet my needs and was able to rent a unit over the phone. Thank Eric.cant can't wait to transfer my storage

I stumbled on to this Storage facility just shopping and browsing the many storage facilities in the vicinity. I was impressed with the manager Lou, who was helping others when I walked in. I had to wait a couple of minutes, but, in short time Lou was finished serving the customers ahead of me. My interaction with Lou was great, air -conditioned units, twice the square footage of my current situation , and open longer, was a win-win for me and my Company. Thank you.

I found an amazing monthly rate online of $89/mo for a 10x10 inside, air cooled,1st level unit. Bob took get care of us and we agreed to pay for 12 months up front to ensure there were no unexpected rate increases. so far - so good!

Had to get a rental unit for a few months, the other day and search the internet for value and location. Chose Extra Space Storage off Bell and 51. Rachel was very helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with in getting me setup! Love the location and value, as well. Great experience!
