Everything went smooth. The new manager was help full in all aspects. Facility was clean when I went in. He managed to explain everything since we're first time using a storage.
James was outstanding- his customer service / follow up / professionalism with a personal touch and extensive knowledge of the storage industry was above board to say the least. He set my expectations up perfectly and I walked away with a sense of peace in the midst of a very unsettling day. The man (I think manager) that works at the front office is so professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the units and products they offer. Moving is stressful and storing my valuables here gives me peace of mind.To me the prices are a little high , but this is my second time back because of the service.
FANTASTIC service and clean units. We moved across the country and our movers came earlier than expected. We needed a unit urgently and got our unit within an hour. Jim couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Rates on the cheap! I happened to be at Uhaul yesterday and their units for the same 10X15 are 259 per month....We paid MUCH less than that!! Go here!

Scam price gouging!!! You rent a unit and a month before your agreement is ending, they double the rent rate for your unit. By the way, No Customer Loyalty, you cannot renew at your current rate or the sale rate, that is only for new customers. Just like Dishnetwork and DirectTV, I hope your business sees the same demise as those cable providers.

Extra Space Storage recently bought Life Storage and in short order began raising their rates dramatically. In February of 2024 my rent was $68.40. In March, it was raised to $82.84 and now they raised it to $163.40. That's an increase of 139% in just 8 months. Discussing this with their district manager was futile, so I moved to a place that abides by California Rental Laws.
