Hello, Ryan did a wonderful job setting up new acct transferred from another extra space location nearby. That unit flooded so two people involved in helping me out! I've always have recieved exceptional customer service from the staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable on finding what's best for your needs. The facility is clean and well kept. Highly recommend this storage for your needs.
The location is clean and well kept. The location has access to large trucks and both a loading dock and a ground level entrance. I was easy to work with the staff and easy to access the building even when the office was closed.
My experience with renting this location and registration was very easy and also the employee was so helpful and make it easy to understand.
I've used extra space storage twice in the past ,each time they've always been more than friendly had great facilities very clean well-kept secure and just all around been my best experience after trying a few of the other facilities around Austin ,Extra space is by far the best
