I set up my account online with ease and picked up the lock and finished the registration in person in less than 15 minutes. Everything was smooth and simple, however, the lock we received on our move in day broke after being unlocked twice. Ryan in the office was an amazing help in getting the bad lock cut off and replaced our lock at no additional cost. We received great customer service and were able to finish moving in. The facility is clean and secure with code entry doors and cameras.

Great place to store my things for the time being. I was looking at a hefty rent increase after only 4 months, but Tracy was able to submit a request for approval to get it lowered. I appreciate that kind of service and it keeps me as a happy customer versus forcing me to shop elsewhere.
I have had a fantastic experience here so far. I checked out about 6 different storage facilities across several companies, but the Extra Space Storage sites were always the most appealing. This location as well is fantastic and the place and units are meticulously cleaned and well taken care of. Holly was immensely helpful in helping me get settled in and asking all of my questions. She eased my mind with any concern I had and was very helpful and informative. I have had nothing but positive experiences here so far.
