I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for years now and every time I need to add or remove a unit the office staff (Victor this time) was exceptionally professional and courteous. I am amazed at how Extra Space Storage seems to hire awesome people of the utmost caliber. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for storage solutions.
First impressions are important, and Xavier scored top marks in his presentation and follow-up questions to insure that I had what I needed. The overall facility quality is commensurate with the excellent personnel.
We are relocating to Austin from out of state. Even though we have experience with long distance moves, Covid-19 has created a unique set of challenges. Extra Space staff have shown themselves to be extremely flexible, accommodating, and patient.
