Only reason I am giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because 1) the hours aren't posted anywhere for the facility and 2) I couldn't open the doors last week after it accepted my code. Sunday evening, typical. I eventually got it open though, but what a pain! Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet.

Great experience so far! The manager made sure I had an easy-access location and getting my unit was super-easy. Very forthcoming and fast processing. I definitely recommend!

I have been very pleased with Extra Space Storage so far. The space was clean and access was well lit with personalized security codes. The management and staff were very accommodating when my space needs and schedule changed and the use of their moving truck for free to bring my things was a huge bonus. I worked with Nicole and appreciated her assistance and flexibility. I will use them in again for my future storage needs and was pleased overall compared with a space that friends had at Uncle Bobs.

Extra Space Storage has been very good to us! They have been very professional since they took over from the previous owners/managers. I especially appreciate Andrea and Nicole as they met with me in the office and took the time to answer all my questions. I have met them in the office on different occasions. At this point, I have no complaints. The gentleman Dillon was helpful and very nice. He walked me around to see the storage room that I was looking for. It was climate controlled, clean, and was reasonably priced, compared to UHaul, and Uncle Bob's. It was an easy process and I had a good feeling about this place. The records are well kept, and I received a receipt, via email soon after my purchase.

I do not know what this Timothy was drinking . It must have been very strong , thats all I can say . This facility was the cleanest storage location , I have ever had the pleasure to to visit !The managers were very , very respectful and professional . Outlining the all the do's and don'ts, and all the rules pertaining to , storing my goods at this property. I recommend this facility to everyone who reads this review .

If you want everything you're keeping in storage to reek of mothballs, this is the place for you. The stench has been growing in intensity for months. We brought the first things home from storage but they're sitting in the garage waiting for the smell to go away before bringing inside - it's been two weeks. I doubt that this facility could be using the mothballs legally/safely given the odor. Naphthalene is toxic. And smells vile.

Came from south Austin on my day off to move stuff out and the key pad was out. No entry. Since then two other people have come by and had the same issue. One was just moving in and had reached the help line who tried to get hold of management to no avail. Most of day wasted and things that needed to get done go undone. Help could not reach management.

I have a 10x10 unit and the rent online says $109 if you book on the web and $145 in-store. They gave me a free month when I moved in. Ever since then the rent has steadily gone up I started about $100 and now am paying double at $200 which is much more than the most the rates for online both in-store and the online special. The only way around this is to sign a lease term AND pay it in full up front. It's a lot of money to put down and also you're locked in. Just a buyer beware, if you consider this space.
