The staff is helpful and always available when concerning storage concerns. Tbe managers have gone above and beyond for me and I have enjoyed my stay. I would definitely use the facility again. They are affordable and hours are convenient. I am only pleased with the service. 5 star .

Rob Kuipers, the manager, signed me up and helped me get the right size unit. I had lots of questions and he answered them all with patience. He showed me several units and discussed the price points and advantages of each one. He spent a lot of time with me, at the same time dealing with the demands of other customers. He was friendly without giving me a hard sell. He took extra care to make sure I was satisfied with what I signed up for. I recommend Extra Space Storage.
I live in Louisiana and needed to rent a storage unit for my sons belongings after he has passed away until I could make a trip to Oakland. Rob was very helpful and kind especially under the sad circumstances. We were able to set everything up over the phone. Great service and I can't thank them enough for helping me get everything set up.

Daniella or Danielle the front desk girl helped me so much and was such an awesome person, my lock turned out to be super janky and didn't work and the process of getting it off and a new one was super simple and she was really fast and positive while doing so and handled the saw to get it off like a boss! Haha Daniella is a great staff member and I'd gladly rent from here anytime I need to in the future just because of her.
