I went in knowing I'd need a bigger storage space than what I reserved, Which of course would be double the price of what I was going to pay per month. The manager Dan was really nice and helpful. I'm usually in a good mood and smiling regardless of how my day is going but he made it 10 times better by smiling back. :)
I couldn't have had a better storage experience, from beginning to end. Customer service was amazing, accommodating, and just plain awesome. Facilities are clean, safe, well lit, and perfectly climate controlled. My unit was HUGE for a very reasonable rate, and the staff worked with my through every step of the move in and move out. The staff at Extra Space storage went out of their way to show me a great customer experience. I was given a tour and directions for use of the storage space. Each time I come in they are courteous and helpful. The space is clean and the temperature is good as to not damage my items. I am pleased with my space and would recommend them to others.
