LOVED the professionalism in the office. LOVED that the least of my worries were having to worry about mice along with the property being clean and secure.

The high caliber customer service I received from Danny would rival the service one would expect from a 5 star luxury resort! On top of all this, their storage rental rates are awesome!

Great customer service at this location which is why I gave it the 4 stars! I couldn't give it the full 5 because of the seemingly constant rate hikes. That part is out of the employees control, but they are responsive to requests and help when they can. Secluded location and would recommend!

I had to down size my storage unit and Arsenio made the entire process quick and easy! He also introduced me to the app, which made things so much better to get in and out of the property.

I definitely recommend extra space storage, especially the Placentia location. Danny and Ally helped me out so well and were so professional and knowledgeable. At first I was very stressed out about having to get a storage space but I was assisted through the whole process. From asking me about what I will be storing to showing me the location of my unit, the guidance made it such a smooth process. Come here and ask for Danny and Ally!!

Move in process was super simple. Pricing and rental agreements were very clear. Ali was super helpful. Would recommend for long and short term rentals.

First time experience and it was great. Had some issues that staff quickly resolved with expertise & being quick on his feet. I have to change to another storage space because there was a change to where I was moving & I'm hoping the next place treats me just as well.
