The place is infested with rats. I stored boxes of household goods for eight months. When I unpacked the boxes, I found rat droppings in some of them and it was on items that I had to throw out.

Stay away from this company , all they care about is raising your storage price. I rented a 5x 5 storage unit for about $80 a month , then after 2 months they raised the price to $120!!! Absolutely ridiculous considering I haven't even been there for that long. I went to check their current rates again on their website and they have the same unit for $88 a month . I feel their units are overpriced and not worth the cost or value. The manager Danny released my personal information over the phone when I said I don't disclose full information via SSN or DL # over the phone because of identity theft issues. He still read the DL back to me which is privacy data breach 101. If I wasn't the person, I would have gotten persona data and could use that for illegal purposes. So I thought it was suspicious that the day I rented my unit the team member was being so pushy about giving him a 5 star review the same day, like I don't even know you or your business so I would be lying if I did. Now than I've been here a few months I can give a more information like the fact that they have a free fist month offer for new customers but they raised the rent on my 10x20 to $460 something almost $500.. Terrible Experience - Storage Unit was broken into and I was not informed until days late. The robbery happened over a span of three nights and we didn't get notified until two days after. Why? Danny lives on-site and they claim to have "24-hour surveillance cameras" (lies). Furthermore, help was not given from the manager Danny or his employee Hannah. Rental increases here are a joke! Our rent got raised over $100 in a little over a year (approx. $60 every 6 months). never once did we receive notice it was increasing and they are insane to think I am going to pay over $300 for a storage unit. I was told this is normal and the monthly rate is the market rate. Was happy to leave and shop around for better rates which we found.
I rented a unit about 3 months ago and just got a notice in the mail let me know they were increasing my rent by 58%. I was paying $224 a month and they want $354 now! I went online and the online price for the same unit is $42 a month cheaper. I went in to try to have them fix this and they were unable to do anything stating that supply and demand caused the rate hike. Be warned that their rates posted will go massively up without little to no warning.
Can you give zero stars? We went to get our stuff and it was all gone. All of it. The manager said it happens and there is nothing they can or will do about it. Nice.
