I give three stars because it fulfilled my expectations for a storage facility, but could do with some minor upgrades. I believe the fourth star is for perfect and the fifth star is for above and beyond work that is near impossible to achieve in self storage service. Overall, I was impressed with this storage facility and am really happy I found it. I go to my unit 1-3 times per month and feel the price of ~$60 per month for a 5x5x10 unit is fine. Great service, great rates, well kept and secure facility, as well as a knowledgeable staff. Danny set me up in a unit and I was placing things in the unit within 30 minutes.

Juan was there to show me my options. Really helped me out. Got me a great deal, showed me my options. Was friendly, glad I made my way over to extra storage space.

I have done business with this company and location for a few years. I recently needed to downsize my space. Both Juan and Danny made it very easy to make the switch by recommending a smaller space that saved me a lot of money. The paperwork was all handled by Juan on a very professional and friendly basis. The facility is clean and easily accessible.

Have never used a storage facility before, so didn't know what to expect. When you call, it takes you to a call desk that seems to service all the various facilities. When you confirm your order the local storage center calls you. Juan called within 5 min --amazing! We met that afternoon for a tour of my storage unit and facility. The price was reasonable. The young man whelping us was knowagable & friendly. Their locks are lil expensive. The unit we got is on a corner so seems a lil smaller ( it's not a square unit, kinda strange) but hopefully can make it work. I like that gate hours are 6a-10p. Wanted a unit with extended gate hours. Property is clean, only problem is only bathroom is in the office. not even 1 star is worthy of this company I rented a 10X10 in August of 2024 price starting at $120. they raised my unit in December by 100% no notice nothing! I called them they adjusted it to $165 only for them to raise it again in May to $215 and again in July of 2025 to $250 this place is ridicolous DO NOT GET A STORAGE WITH THEM! go to another storage place. save ur money super unprofessional they do not value or appreciate loyalty their all about money and increasing ur rent every 3 months. I have had a unit since January 2023, recently my pricing went up and I was in search for a drive-up smaller box. After many months of waiting one finally was available. I called immediately to reserve it, the lady at the Placentia office assured me that it was reserved til Saturday. I arranged movers and family members to all meet on Saturday to help me move to the new unit.
