Even though my issue was an IT (internet technology) one, Monique didn't hesitate to offer help in resolving my problem! I didn't need a 5x15 anymore but something smaller.. Monique got me a smaller one over the phone and the next day I moved my things in and my rate dropped with no problems.. They have a great team. Every one is so very polite. And there is a guy that I can't think of his name but he made sure the day I was changing spaces, that I had no problems.. Thanks Extra Space...
