Good clean location & very close to freeways. Seems pricier than competition, but the staff seems to be more on top of things here.

This extra space location has the best service! They are very helpful and make the process super easy! The units and property are well maintained and super easy access with the gate code.

Being that we rented a truck and traveled two hours from San Diego just to realize we had the wrong key, Monique saved the day for us! Our friends called Monique to ask for a solution, and all that Monique asked was for written confirmation and photo id to break out the lock for us, which she did quickly and efficiently, all with a cheery smile on her face. Monique, thank you for your wonderful assistance!

Easy to reserve/pay online. The unit was ready when my movers arrived. Front desk was EXTRA helpful when we moved in. Moving is always a pain, but this extra space location definitely made this part of the process awesome. Also the entire place is SO clean. 10/10!
I found the people very friendly and easy to deal with, place is nice and clean. Fast service.... I do just have thing, and I hate to even say it cuz everyone there was so nice. But my monthly rate was jumping up from 314.00 to 372.00 for a what I thought was a 5x10, but I was told it was 5x15. I found that extremely high. Other than that, everyone was really really nice.

Monique and the other staff members have always been friendly, professional, and understanding with the service they have provided to my siblings and I. We lost our mother in 2020. She had a couple of storage units in her name only; Extra's staff reached out to me and provided the instruction and documents necessary for us to keep and maintain the payments on our mother's storage units.
