Even though my issue was an IT (internet technology) one, Monique didn't hesitate to offer help in resolving my problem! In closing, it's individuals like Monique that have cause me to use Extra Space Storage for my storage needs.

I didn't need a 5x15 anymore but something smaller.. Monique got me a smaller one over the phone and the next day I moved my things in and my rate dropped with no problems.. They have a great team. Every one is so very polite. And there is a guy that I can't think of his name but he made sure the day I was changing spaces, that I had no problems.. Thanks Extra Space...
