Had a recent move. Monique and Chris came through for me. They both are very nice, helpful and accommadating. Have been renting a space there for over 2 years. Clean units.

This place is very well run and clean. I have been at other storage places before and there really is a difference. They keep an eye on things here. Always ask for online specials or paying in advance...can really lower the costs.

Was very happy with their customer service. I was treated with kindness and positive energy. Plus they were looking for deals for me. This storage is close to where I live and that is a plus. The complex is gated and they are security conscious.

Amazing customer service! Thank you to Esther Gort (assistant manager) for being so patient and informative with me. She really took the time to give me a detailed tour of the premises. There are actually working cameras covering the entire site and lots of clean, available storage units. I am so grateful for Esther showing me the newer 5x10 unit and comforting me in leaving my belongings there for storage. If you are moving from a one bedroom apartment, the 5x10 unit will definitely suffice, unless you have more than... read more

I am so glad I decided on this facility. The other places I went to were on the second floor and down the hall ECT. This one was not only convenient but the lady Esther that helped us out was great she showed us a few and let us pick so kind to us I felt like she was family made me feel so much better about leaving my personal belongings I felt that it was safe. Just moved our stuff in recently and I'm not sure how happy I am. The door on our unit broke on the 1st day that we moved stuff in. There is a sign hanging outside that says First month FREE...but when I asked about it they said that it's based on availability and that it doesn't apply right now. I told her that I thought that was a little deceiving. Just hoping that we don't have to keep our stuff there for very long. It is more expensive than I thought it would be.

So I had never had to rent a storage space before and didn't really know what to do. Thanks to have Eric he answer all of my questions so helpfully. He recommended a moving kit that I got .So now my things are all pack with bubble wrap. Thank you Eric and thank you Extra space !

I have not come across a neater storage facility than this location. It's clean, no trash, no graffiti...Inside the office was spotless, even the displays of the boxes were perfect. There were 2 gentlemen in the office talking to a customer and one of then excused himself and walked over to me and asked if I needed anything. This was quite impressive as often you are not greeted at all in places when employees are with other customers. I recommend this facility if you need a storage unit. Thanks Aaron for the tour!

Smooth and seamless process to rent a unit! Eric was great and helpful with all questions. Highly recommend to others.
