I've had a lot of storage facilities over the years. I must say this service is the BEST. I rarely give 5 stars but I can tell you from personal experience. This one here on Western/Artesia is: 1. Super Clean 2. Great customer service 3. download coupon from internet off their website to get like $10 off or whatever specials they have at the time. 4. Our storage unit was robbed. Pretty sure it was an inside job because the locks weren't broken or even tampered with and other people had the same thing happen.

Steven and Emily did a fantastic job to bail me out for loosing my keys on the lock , they quickly heard me out and I was having a shitty day and they definitely made my day better , extra space storage is definitely very lucky to have Steve and Emily in their team
In response to your response you can look into it internally and say whatever you need to say to save face for the unprofessional behavior and treatment I received at this place but what will be done after that? How would you fix the situation? What would you do to better communicate to your customers? So dont respond with BS

SPIDER & ANT INFESTATION + MOLD I moved abroad. Storage space was rented in Dec. 2012. By Dec. 2013, the rates had increased significantly, so during a trip back to the States, I transferred my belongings into a smaller unit at this same location. After being in storage for a year, my belongings were fine.
