Thank you so much Ryan for helping us get started with opening a storage room. We had a lot of questions and all were answered and he gave us the prices for each storage, different sizes, different insurance coverage and made the process of opening a storage unit easy and quickly ! Today I came in with my mom to check out rates for a small storage. We were immediately greeted by JJ who turns out was on loan there from his own department. He gave us excellent service! Answered any questions we had, and even offered to show us the storage space to see if it fit our needs. He was so helpful we didn't even hesitate to start our monthly storage plan! Just rented a storage unit and Christopher and Monique are really friendly and the units and grounds are very well kept! Christopher explained the different options available and I always appreciate great customer service which sometimes is hard to find but Christopher and Monique made me feel really comfortable with my decision to rent a space here! Really enjoyed talking with Christopher and I'm happy I found this place! I highly recommend their services!

The facility is nice, clean and secure. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chris, who is absolutely awesome. We are moving from Oregon and needed a Space for our stuff while we look for a place to live and Chris went above our expectations. He is very courteous, friendly, honest and funny. This place is very well run and clean. I have been at other storage places before and there really is a difference. They keep an eye on things here. Always ask for online specials or paying in advance...can really lower the costs.
Was very happy with their customer service. I was treated with kindness and positive energy. Plus they were looking for deals for me. This storage is close to where I live and that is a plus. The complex is gated and they are security conscious.
