I have had a storage space at Extra Space Storage on Ashley Phosphate, near Dorchester Road for over 5 years. They have always had helpful, friendly and considerate staff! However, Ms.Lita is someone that always has a smile, and friendly hello whenever you stop by or see her around the property. Today, she went above and beyond for me. I want to publicly thank her and congratulate ESS for hiring such a wonderful, thoughtful and caring person.

Extra Space Storage @ site #5146 was an Awesome experience. I purchased my unit online overnight. Went to view it on a Sunday thinking it wasn't ready although I had everything completed. Mrs Lita already had everything to perfection. I was completely impressed. Unit was emaculate. Everything I needed was already there waiting on me. Also, I received a phone call welcoming me to the facility. Mrs. Lita is very attentive to her renters. She will always have my business.
