First off let me say that the manager at extra storage space is the best person I've encountered all year a breath of fresh air lite ward is her name guys and gals if you have a problem she got if you need help she got if your looking for a place to put your belongings up talk to her she got you thks for your great service you restored my faith in people 5 stars or more.

Have been at this location before the upstairs were complete. Missy and Lita are the definition of awesome customer service. They treat you like family. Absolutely go above and beyond for the customer. You definitely need more like them

We have had a unit here for a few years and the office managers have been great. Today I spoke with Lita about our options for downsizing to a smaller unit and she was wonderful. She gave me two options (saving us a ton of money) and fully explained the pre-paid amount that would be credited toward the smaller unit, as well as the time frame in which to move our things. highly recommended the site manager Lita is very patient with customers such as me. Since the 1st time we spoke Lita she was more than helpful an that's with any concern I ask her if Lita had to call me back to resolve my problem she did it no questions ask . she is very nice I recommend this location for anyone that's interested . 5 stars to Lita. She assured me that she would call and inform me about an opening for a 10x10. She definitely called me back even though I forgot. I don't need the storage again but I will definitely second stamp 5 more stars. The site is very clean, professional site manager, and she is loyal to her word.
