Be very cautious renting here. My 10x20 unit started at $225/month in July 2024. Since then, Extra Space has raised it to $305, then $385, and now $433 effective 7/1/2026. That's insane! That is nearly double the original rate with no added services, no upgrades, and no meaningful explanation beyond “market conditions.” What makes this even more frustrating is that their own website currently advertises 10x20 units at this same location for a $200 web rate / $306 in-store rate, while an existing customer is being charged $43... read more

Well I wasn’t going to give a review but they solicited one from me so I’m going to be honest. The facility itself and the people are wonderful but the overall company takes advantage of you after you get your stuff moved in by raising the rates ridiculously based on demand and then you’re stuck. My rate has more than doubled since my belongings have been there and I cannot afford it but my alternative is to find even more money than that to get a truck to get all my stuff out and then find another place to put it.
