I just rented a unit less than a week ago. My experience in this short period has been excellent. I visited the facility and Thomas took me to my unit. He was very polite and professional. A delight to talk with. So far, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

We have used the Extra Space Storage facility in King City several times over the years. The staff and managers have always been friendly and professional. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. Recently we found we didn’t need the larger unit we were renting and the move to a smaller unit was carefree and seamless thanks to Tammie and Tesla. We have used Extra Space Storage a couple different times and all store managers and asst Mgrs were excellent to deal with. Sign up was easy and auto pay a cinch. Today I had conversation with Tammie, store manager at the facility by King City and she helped with a solution that was equitable and took care of my inquiry. I rented a combined unit in April 2018. Just move to a unit ¼ size. Still at the King City location. Management has changed, but the original and new manager are great. Very willing to work with me. The gate hours are great, and there is access to a bathroom durning gate hours.
