Bri was very responsive in my time of need. I needed a storage unit immediately. She assisted me with a smile and gave me the option of the walk in rate or online rate. I chose the best rate for me and within minutes I had the perfect storage unit for my needs. I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage in King City enough!

Tammie was very helpful. I was in a pinch and needed storage on the fly. Location very clean, staff very courteous!
I used the Pacific Hwy location in King City. Anita was great and the facility was kept very clean that secure. My only complaint is with the parent company. My retnal rate went up 30% in 14 months. I feel like the rate was pretty much a bait and switch given that no one is getting any raises during this pandemic!

The lady in the office was very helpful! That god for her it helped with the stress of moving !! If I need to get another storage I will Definitely choose the storage unit again..

Extra Storage Space is Tigard is the best! I really appreciate the excellent customer service (especially manager Anita) , clean facility and reasonable pricing! It's also a good location for us. We feel safe storing our belongings there. Highly recommend!

Reserved a unit online. Super easy and quick. When I checked in Bryan was friendly, informative, and quick. He showed me where my unit was. They have dollies available to help with moving heavy or multiple items. Definitely satisfied.

I needed to update my review for this place now that I've moved out of it after six months. Overall, the original review still sums it up. Brad at the front office here is exceptional! He has terrific customer service skills, is very knowledgable about the product and the area, and went out of his way to be responsive when problems arose.
