I needed to update my review for this place now that I've moved out of it after six months. Overall, the original review still sums it up. Brad at the front office here is exceptional! He has terrific customer service skills, is very knowledgable about the product and the area, and went out of his way to be responsive when problems arose. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. Doesn't get any better than that! Oh wait. It actually does - FIRST MONTH FREE. Kudos to the staff (forgot her name) and thanks for great service. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
It was fast and easy. Knowledgeable and friendly staff answered all my questions. They really care about the customers. I would definitely recommend.
I have rented a storage unit here for over a year. Great facility clean and safe. I appreciate the friendly staff. What I have not appreciated are the rent increases. I had 2 in one year! going up over $45 a month. I have paid my rent every month on time. I would recommend this facility but beware of the rent increases.

Needed to store kids college stuff for the summer. Stopped by to check out facility. Received excellent service, facility was very clean, safe and secure and rented a unit for a great price. Would definitely recommend.
The crew at Extra Space Storage were incredibly helpful in meeting our storage needs. I was able to reserve the space on my phone and then stop by and sign the contract within 15 minutes! I appreciate Anita's excellent customer service.
