This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a business in a very long time. Where to begin - some close friends of mine are in the process of moving from out of state. They rented 2 storage units at Extra Space Storage earlier in the year (summer of 2019). At the time all seemed well. Overall, the facility is great, but constant rate increases -- two in the last 12 months, were enough to send me packing...

The facility itself is very nice, and very affordable, but be aware of a number of unmentioned items when it comes time to rent. You have to have your own padlock with you the day you rent, regardless if it will be empty for several days before use, a great way for them to sell locks. Additionally, make sure you have written proof of your insurance when reserving, or they will force you to pay $45/month for $10,000 worth of coverage. this place sucks!!!!!! it is nice and clean but the mgr and the other guy behing the desk are rude not helpful at all and when i called to talk about the hidden fees that they charged me the guy raised his voice at me and told me that was the charges and i would need to pay it or i would loose my storage. i would not recommend this place to the homeless too many hidden fees never recieved a copy of my rental agreement never was told of the late fees which can be any where from 10- 25 each time if you need to rent a place go ... read more

The place is clean and seems secure but it took TWO HOURS to get settled in. Computers were wrong, paperwork had to be re-done. Time will tell if it improves. Hopeful.

This place is no good.We went to pick up stuff to moved to Ca from this extra space storage.The lady was Rude when asked where we can tos a donut box.then told us if we have trash to dump it next door at the quicky mart.I would Never go back here.yes this place looks nice.but after storing my things for 6 months you think they would be a lil nicer to there Clients.
