Called in after checking prices and the sales department wouldn't give me the first month free like advertised, due to demand. After reaching the location I called the number on the door and it was disconnected. After calling the sales department they reached the attendant. All and all, rocky experience. Although he did make it up to me by giving me the first month off and a free lock. It's also a very nice quality storage property.
