I contacted Josh in Arlington and he was very welcoming and informative. He gave me all options available to me and I ended up with a climate-controlled unit. Because I had a unit at a different location, the transition process was very easy. Josh emailed me the contract forms, he walked me through them over the phone, and I completed them successfully.
