I contacted Josh in Arlington and he was very welcoming and informative. He gave me all options available to me and I ended up with a climate-controlled unit. Because I had a unit at a different location, the transition process was very easy. Josh emailed me the contract forms, he walked me through them over the phone, and I completed them successfully. The team where great from start to finish. Walked me to the unit and showed me where the light switches.
The location is super convenient for me.There is parking and a drive-in bay. They have multiple carts to transfer items. Employee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my questions. Easy to find and get to my unit.
