The area/location is super convenient and the staff manager Drea is THE BEST! She's friendly, patient, and exceeds the standard customer service you'd expect and want. Moving can be daunting and stressful but Drea has been a literal god send in making my move so much easier!

This is by far my favorite storage building in the last 4 years. Amazing location and amazing helpful staff! I feel appreciated and valued every time I stop by to check my unit. They greet you all the time! They are there to help you all the time! And above all it is the safest and cleanest storage facility I've seen by far! We moved across the country this summer and needed some extra space to store items that wouldn't fit in our condo. Pros: In reading reviews online and looking at prices, it appeared that Extra Space Storage in Arlington was a good value in the area. I received a phone call from them after I filled out the online forms via the website, and the staff was pleasant.
