I went in on Friday July 26, 2019 and rented a 10X10 space and Denielle and Niki were so helpful. The facility was very clean and well organized. They walked me though the process and made things so easy. The next day I needed to modify my contract and they worked with me, even helping me move into a new unit, and made the change to the contract so easy. Renelle was really helpful and the process to reserve a unit was easy and seamless! Big loading dock on a quiet street so hopefully moving will be easy!
I have never written a review on yelp before but feel compelled to after my extremely positive experience at Extra Space Storage, all thanks to Marlow! He really went above and beyond in assisting me with my storage rental and answering all of my questions. He was also nice enough to extend my rental period by a few days, at no charge, so I would not have to pay for an additional month. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, if not the best.
Moved into an apartment just down the street and needed a small storage unit. I couldn't have had an easier experience from start to finish! Booked my unit online and then came in to the front desk where the rep was so incredibly nice and was even able to find a discount to apply. I love that there's the two drive-in loading docks - makes it really easy. I'm also set up for auto payments, so I don't have to worry about missing a payment. Super easy and convenient!!
The folks working there are extremely friendly and efficient. The facilities are great and moving in/out was easy. This place was much cleaner than most other storage facilities I have seen, and had much better access. Overall, renting a storage space there was a very pleasant experience.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy access from alley for loading dock. No worries about blocking a street while backing up to loading ramps. Clean facility and excellent spaces. Web discount provided a great value and location provides easy access.
