Came in this weekend to rent a unit. Did not take very long to go through the process. The online rate is great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entry code process to enter the facility and to go up the elevators gives me peace of mind when it comes to the safety of my belongings. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

This Extra Space storage site was very good all around! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Carmen was very professional and so helpful. She answered all my million and one questions :) I am renting a climate controlled unit. The facility is very safe and secure. I would suggest them to anyone who needs to store their stuff!

I've been renting at this facility for over one year now. I've changed units 3 times, all due to my own personal changes, and am now renting a 5x10 space that is not climate controlled. Staff - I've had nothing but prompt, professional service. Some of the staff members are better than others, but I've never had a bad experience. Cleanliness of the facility - The actual storage floors are extremely clean and I've never seen garbage left out or any signs of rodents, insects, etc. This part gets an A. I was impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility of this facility. I had a short notice deployment to Afghanistan and needed to pack up and store everything in my apartment for a year. I was able to set up an auto payment plan through my bank, so payments were not an issue. If management needed to reach me, they did so via email. I was able to authorize specific friends access to the unit to retrieve items I might need while I was gone. Since no one else had reviewed this place yet, I thought I would give some props to these guys for giving me a great place to stash my junk for the month between the end of college and my move here. Judging from the demographics around here, I imagine that this is a pretty common story...finish school, take some time off, and then set up shop and start work. Total bs response to my very legit problem. You are rip off artists! I moved because of your poor behavior and not because I wanted to. Keep ppls money cuz you're jerks. Whatever - I got a bigger unit for less at a cleaner newer and more efficient place. Your reputation with the other rental cos is well earned and you are legend for being such a low quality company

Overall the unit/building cleanliness was good. They have some dollies available to use which is helpful. Biggest issue was the major rate increase 2-3 months after putting are stuff in there. In the notice it said it was because we were month to month, but that's all they offer, so it's pretty much a bait and switch from that perspective.

Overall the faculty are great and receptive and the facilities are nice as well. My low rating has nothing to do with the location or people but rather the dishonest sales tactics of the company. The company offers a certain price upfront but this is deceptive because they always hike the price by roughly 20% after 2-3 months.
