The manager was so helpful, showing us a choice of units in the size we wanted, explaining clearly how the contract works, describing the privacy and security measures, and answering all questions we had. I had been thinking about looking at some other places, just to compare, but he was so helpful that I felt comfortable deciding to use Extra Storage without looking elsewhere.
