The service here was really great. The man with the orange Harley was extremely helpful. The whole place is really clean and well organized. It made my moving process way easier. If I ever need a storage space again I will definitely choose here.

This has been my best experience with a storage facility so far. The reservation and payment process was very smooth and professional. Everyone I interacted with was very responsive and cordial. The space is clean and well-secured. Highly recommended.

Called them last minute on a Sunday before Moving Chaos Day in Boston, August 31, and rep was truly helpful and patient, set us up with a 5x5 for the online rate, and we pulled off a miracle thanks to them. Clean, efficient, great storage spaces. No reason to deal with any other storage facility around Boston than any one of these franchises. AND they are right off the Mass Pike at Newton exit, which majorly helps when you're doing a couple trips from Boston proper.

I recently moved my belongings into Extra Space Storage. The experience was smooth, efficient, and easy. Noelle was very helpful checking me in and providing the details I needed to get in and out of there quickly. The facility itself is clean and climate controlled. I'm expecting a similar experience when I return to move my things out. No reason not to choose this place for your storage needs.

Had a very pleasant experience at this Extra Space Storage. Mike, who helped us out, was great. No easy task, either, because we had to go from a smaller unit to a larger one, with no notice, and he made it happen. He was very pleasant to deal with and did his best to make sure that we got the unit that we needed. The facility is kept very clean. We used this storage facility twice for short term storage. The first time was for six months while my daughter was studying abroad, and then this year when she graduated from Boston College but couldn't move into her apartment for six weeks. I only wish I had discovered them after her freshman year in college, and it would have saved a lot of heartache and wear and tear on my car! Rather than moving my daughter's things home over the summer, we rented a space here. I wish I would have discovered it three years ago after her freshman year in college. Each year we had to rent a van to move her up and then back from school. This place saved us money and there wasn't stuff all over my house for the summer! I stored my items with Extra Space during the past 7 years. It was a good experience. The place was clean and safe. I went in during various times and days and felt very safe. The staff was wonderful as well. I found the prices to be fairly reasonable. I went through threesstorage spaces because I kept on downsizing. I do recommend this place if you are looking for a solid place to store your items.
