I had to store some items while moving from Seabrook to Houston. The facilities are clean and pretty, and signing the lease was a breeze. I got a 10x10 for a bit more than I had previously paid for the same size Public Storage unit nearby, but I got fed up with Public Storage when there was insulation all over my stuff and they made me change my own light bulb with one of those wand thingies that didn't even grip the bulb properly. Great place, nice facility. Friendly staff. I stored some extra things here for 2 years and never had a problem. Would recommend.

The lady who works there is really helpful, everything was smooth and clear. Even cheap and they have very good deals like half price first month! Would recommend putting your stuff there as it is safe.

I have been a client here for a few years, having used other storage facilities in the past. My experience with Extra Space has always been top notch. The personnel is knowledgeable and helpful. The premises are clean and well kept. I feel safe and secure. This is one company that seems to have pride in its reputation and the excellent service it provides.

These guys are awesome. It's easy to tell when a company truly cares about customer service. From my experience at this location, it certainly is the case with Extra Space storage. I would highly recommend using this location. It's clean, well managed and priced very competitively.

I hate storing stuff as a rule, but when you gotta you gotta, and this facility is the best I have used. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile when they can. I especially like it being so near to the freeway-easy on and easy off. Price is high but so is the area, you can't fault them for having to pay a lot for the area they are in. If you want a clean, safe and dry place to store your stuff I highly recommend them. PS video cameras EVERYWHERE and they roll 24/7/365

I have been in the same unit since 2019. The property and storage facility was always clean and well maintained when Ms. Patricia and Ms. Sherry was in charge (when they were Life Storage). Now that they are Extra Space Storage, it has been a nightmare! They forecast both Ms Patricia and Ms. Sherry. My unit has been broken into. No one from the office notified me. I'm saddened that corp has policies that leave the on site people to deal with unhappy customers. My rate jumped 44% in a month with an auto draft. Although they can send me all kinds of information via email, increases are sent via post card thru "snail mail." So you can communicate non-important information via email but on IMPORTANT info like rates you send a small post card in 2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!
