I do not like this stiorage they don't have lights for the outside units how in hell can you see at night time but if I don't pay my storage rent they are gonna send my sh?? I rented a space at 1927 Scott st Houston TX and it was the worse experience ve ever had from the women who checked me 8n. Her lack of concern 9nformationnother than what was scripted she would is the poster child for horrible customer service. I pray no one has to ever deal with her on a long term basis. She definitely has Extra storage information down but abd that understand but she could be less robotic and understanding that she's working with human being

Rented a space in September 2022 received notification in December of 2022 that my rent was increasing by close to $50 come January 2023, my intention was to move out as I cannot afford a $50 preplanned increase every 5~6 months, they offered to reduce rent to $73.15, okay I stayed. August I paid on the 7th due on the 13th as usual and after I made my payment online it said I now owed $107 due September 13, 2023 ? Excessive price hikes. We stored things at this place for a couple years. The rate hikes are frequent and well beyond acceptable once you move in. Very glad we got out and went elsewhere. Facility not as clean as it used to be.

BEWARE BEFORE RENTING HERE: YOUR RENT WILL VARY FROM MONTH TO MONTH You will not be locked in for any kind of rate, regardless of what you paid the first month. My rent increased nearly 20% after the first 3 months, with no promotional rates expiring. TBH, BE VERY AWARE & MINDFUL HOW YOU READ THEIR DUMMY ASS CONTRACT... I've had to deal w postponing many personal life issues, which I'm sure that's not their issue. At least some type of considerations of LETTIN the owner of the unit receive their stuff. COOL. Worst ever. Water leaked in from the room, damaging many things. They said it wasn't their problem. Happened again. Same response. Only they again raised my rate significantly. Horrible customer service. Lights won't stay on more than five minutes. Moving out. My advice: stay away from this place.
I would give zero stars if possible. I have been renting storage space at this location for over ten years. The costs just keep going up- constantly in fact, with a 70% increase over time- yet the service has become abysmal/nonexistent. The lights in the hallways cannot be controlled- they are activated by movement, but they turn off after a VERY short time, so you are left in the dark in your unit. Good luck seeing anything. I paid rent for my storage unit on June 20 and I had a move out date of June 30th. But I moved out of our unit on June 24th, that's 6 days earlier than expected. When I spoke to the reps in the office to see if I will get a refund/pro-rated rate for moving out early since I already paid for the month and won't be using it for the rest the month.
