At least storage here for a website. I've had storage here for at least six months. Upon arrival the first time the property was in poor condition. It was recently under New ownership. There were signs indicating there would be improvements. My initial lease. Was six months. I paid for it upfront. My plan was to renew for six months. They more than doubled the price of my storage. Do not rent from this place they are a rip off. last month I rented a 10X15 conditioned space for $99.00 a month, paid the first month and the second month @ $99.00 a month. My bill for next month is $179.00 with no notice of an increase. I called and they gave me a $80.00 Managers rebate for next month because they say they sent out a notice of the increase and They did not have my address correct in there system. I signed up for a unit 4 months ago in mid November 2024 for $87/month with $16.50 insurance. That's $103.50. This month, mid March 2025, my bill is $183.50. Like so many others in the reviews, I was told the same thing of a 30-day notice was sent by mail, that I did not receive. Mind you I have received voicemail messages, emails, and texts from them for different communications. I rented a space at 1927 Scott st Houston TX and it was the worse experience ve ever had from the women who checked me 8n. Her lack of concern 9nformationnother than what was scripted she would is the poster child for horrible customer service. I pray no one has to ever deal with her on a long term basis. She definitely has Extra storage information down but abd that understand but she could be less robotic and understanding that she's working with human being

Rented a space in September 2022 received notification in December of 2022 that my rent was increasing by close to $50 come January 2023, my intention was to move out as I cannot afford a $50 preplanned increase every 5~6 months, they offered to reduce rent to $73.15, okay I stayed. August I paid on the 7th due on the 13th as usual and after I made my payment online it said I now owed $107 due September 13, 2023 ? Excessive price hikes. We stored things at this place for a couple years. The rate hikes are frequent and well beyond acceptable once you move in. Very glad we got out and went elsewhere. Facility not as clean as it used to be.

BEWARE BEFORE RENTING HERE: YOUR RENT WILL VARY FROM MONTH TO MONTH You will not be locked in for any kind of rate, regardless of what you paid the first month. My rent increased nearly 20% after the first 3 months, with no promotional rates expiring. TBH, BE VERY AWARE & MINDFUL HOW YOU READ THEIR DUMMY ASS CONTRACT... I've had to deal w postponing many personal life issues, which I'm sure that's not their issue. At least some type of considerations of LETTIN the owner of the unit receive their stuff. COOL.
