Worst ever. Water leaked in from the room, damaging many things. They said it wasn't their problem. Happened again. Same response. Only they again raised my rate significantly. Horrible customer service. Lights won't stay on more than five minutes. Moving out. My advice: stay away from this place.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been renting storage space at this location for over ten years. The costs just keep going up- constantly in fact, with a 70% increase over time- yet the service has become abysmal/nonexistent. The lights in the hallways cannot be controlled- they are activated by movement, but they turn off after a VERY short time, so you are left in the dark in your unit. Good luck seeing anything. I paid rent for my storage unit on June 20 and I had a move out date of June 30th. But I moved out of our unit on June 24th, that's 6 days earlier than expected. When I spoke to the reps in the office to see if I will get a refund/pro-rated rate for moving out early since I already paid for the month and won't be using it for the rest the month. My Trailer was stolen from their fenced, gated with cameras facility and they knew it was taken, called me to tell me, but the police got nothing. the police said to look on Craig's list. Extra space storage were no help and continued to charges us even though the trailer was stolen. Maybe its an employee retirement plan? Just give your stuff away, in the end it will be cheaper

One star is being generous. I'd be very careful when choosing this place. I've not had my storage here at this location for over year and already being charged $70 more than my contract says. When I called to inquire about it I immediately got attitude from the girl in the office on 4/22/17 who was also very defensive. I asked her to show me where it states that when they feel like it they can increase rates. How can you increase rates on a storage by $70 and not have you sign any agreement? Beware of Extra Space storage!!! I have a signed contract that says my rate is $106 per month and they have been charging my bank account $172 and when I called to ask why they said they notified me by mail that my rate was increasing by almost 70% and that I didn't have to agree to it that they could charge me whatever they chose because they supposedly sent some letter!! There is no confirmation that a letter was received or anything on my behalf.
