We just rented a space for our 13' trailer. From the point we called extra space storage and checked availability to the moment we walked in and were greated by Curi with a warm smile and friendly greeting we have received nothing but exceptional customer service. Curi helped us finalize our rental agreement and select some items for our up coming move. Great job Curi!!!

I have tried many storage facilities on arend have had several problems w staff because there unprofessional ways . But now after moving all my stuff toEXTRA SPACE STORAGE things have changed for me so much these people are so polite and courteous to me and the rest of my family I just wish I would of moved sooner. Always super clean & the units are well taken care of of. The staff is very nice and helpful, they make it super convenient for me to have a space here since they're always fast and courteous to my time.

This Vallejo Facility has the best location. with access to the major highways. Located on Sonoma blvd. their office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to your needs and provides storage savings Including senior discounts too. I like their security with their camera and motion detectors. No worries. Since Insurance is also available for your personal items too. Needed a storage space so decided to try Extra Space Storage on Sonoma Blvd in Vallejo California. Great decision on my part mainly due to Assistant Manager Jhun. What a great guy and gives the best customer service! He walked me through the rental process, answered all my question, and was an absolute delight to work with. Jen was very helpful and patient. I booked and paid for a rental unit I did not want at a different location and she was able to find me something here. Nothing about my inconvenience was difficult to deal with. We resolved the misunderstanding quickly, in less than 10 minutes! And I got my first month free.
