It's all about the service here. The onsite manager is amazing. She knows her job, she's friendly, and she makes you feel like you've made the right choice. The front office even smells amazing! Great storage. Will use again and again.

I wanted to let Rochelle know how much I appreciate her professionalism and care during a very stressful house move I just made. Rochelle and her staff were very accommodating and helped me select the appropriate space for my needs. In addition, she actually called me prior to my move in to make sure I had what I needed in terms of access to the site. I kept my stuff here for 6 months. I was pleased with the cleanliness and security of the facility. The staff were absolutely excellent-- professional, kind, helpful. Their communication is very good, and Rochelle went out of her way to close my account when I moved out. The rates seem to be good for the area. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because my rent did go up after a few months. My first day I had a wonderful experience Michelle was kind polite and funny. She runs a tight ship and I wouldn't expect anything less. She took care of me right at closing time due to me running behind and I appreciate that to the fullest. Thank you for making me feel like a valued costumer.

I did my research online, Lucas was a true professional in answering every question I had. Then I was able to reserve the space online. I received a confirmation email. Au couple later I visited the facility and was greeted by Rochelle. I gave her my name, she replied I have everything ready for you. I presented my I.D. , signed the documents, took a ride to the storage space and was done in 20 minutes , that's how business sold be conducted! Five Stars to this business and its team of employees. As far as storage places go this is the best I've seen. Very secure, lots of cameras and all the usual things. There are a few things that make this place really stand out in addition to the security. You can reserve a space 7 days a week which is a big plus. You can also pay any time at their machine outside. They also call you when you forget to pay. They are very professional in general and that is the other big thing about this place. I have never had to use a storage facility before. But I had too and upon searching for some in Vallejo, I found most of them to be so sleazy that I was getting worried. Since I have some really nice stuff that I need stored for a few months. I found these guys on line and did a reservation on line. In less than 10 minutes a really professional sounding manger called to confirm and to make sure that I didn't have any other questions. Don't ever use this place. They are snakes. My storage got broken into not even month after I got it. The management acted like he didn't care about my situation. They made me buy a certain lock and it was broken into by key like it was an inside job. They are sketchy as hell and very unprofessional. DO NOT RENT STORAGE FROM THEM! You will regret it.
