This facility is always super clean. Shane the Manager is AMAZING, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair...I HIGHLY recommend this site for storage!!!

Personally I love the fact that there is inside storage units. Not every place has that and for me I feel better about it. The pricing was a little bit high, but the location was awesome for me! The lock is a fee, but either way I'm buying a lock. There is a insurance fee as well, but now I'm insured just like everything else in life has to be, and should be.
This was a great experience from the beginning. The staff were very professional and did their best to give us the best price. The sign-up process was quick and the free truck usage was the best. I will definitely tell my friends about Extra Space Storage!
I rented a large storage unit here for over 1 year. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. It's clean, well lit, and secure. The staff, especially Shane and Danielle are very professional and go the extra mile to take care of any issues or needs that arise. I just rented a small 5x5 storage unit from this place. I am very happy with it so far. When I first walked in I was greeted immediatley and helped right away. The first month is free which is awesome. I found the remaining pricing to be comparable to other places. I chose this place because it is very close to my home. The gal that helped me showed me a sample of the locker so I could see the size. The sample lockers are in the lobby which was great. I moved out of this facility due to the horrible service. I never even had the chance to go through what the thrives left outside the unit as the management threw everything away.

The customer service by Sandra is awful. The taco truck parked next to us hit our trailer and caused damage. We notified the front office and Susan said she didn't know what to do and would notify Sandra. A week passes by and I have to call again, and this time I spoke to Brian the assistant manager. First off he couldn't find my account which was ridiculous. He said he would figure it out. He assured me that he would leave a sticky note for Sandra to call me back regarding our trailer being damaged by the truck next to us. ... read more
