This review is about SANDRA! I feel extremely dissatisfied with Sandra's customer service and lack of tact when dealing with a paying customer. She is short fused, unprofessional and impatient, three things I deem important when working in customer service. As a military family we and others rent space there and I am compelled to let them know we should all move to other storage units in the area. That is how poorly Sandra treated me and I will tell others. This is not OK!

Three months later, another rent increase. I'm am now paying almost triple the original advertised rate. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM

Hello all, I have been treated very unfairly by the employees here, I reserved a space on Sept 27th 2023, and was never able to move in, I made the appropriate calls to Sahsa and Mike and advised them I would not be moving in within days of the date I was to move in, I stated I understood there would be charges assuming a month of rent, I put this on my card that I do not use often, and went on with my day to day, now it is January and I am still being charged, I called again and Mike stated he would submit a refund which I ... read more
Don't rent from these greedy bastards. They raised my unit from $75 to $155 for a 5 x 10 unit in ONE MONTH. I was a good customer for 2 YEARS but this unacceptable. Whoever is in charge of pricing should be sent to live in a hole in Siberia. I got the same size unit for $55 at Public Storage. Don't waste your money on these creeps.

This place should be called "Extra PAYCHECK" since you need one after ALL THE EFFIN' INCREASES PER MONTH THIS COMPANY MAKES! Do NOT go to them; there are plenty others around that don't treat their customers like garbage! I had to submit a star or not post--but the REAL review is NEGATIVE NEGATIVE stars....

After only 3 months of having them they rose the rent by $80 due to " the unit being worth that much due to market value". Mind you a little up the road the same unit is going for $100 less. I was paying over $300 for a 8X10 unit. This is ridiculous! I've had other storages in the past and rent was never increased until the year renewal. Don't use this business!

The facility is clean and secure but the management is like dealing with a spoiled child in the Checkout line.
I came in to pay my storage fees. Older lady at desk was just very rude from the moment I walked in. Just kept making mad faces at me every time I asked her a question. Made me feel as if I was bothering her. This place is far. There's hidden fees, I don't not recommend. I tried several times to make my payment over the phone and they never answer the phone. I have had the worst experience with this place. Can't get the manager Shane to call me back. Some how my card got removed from there computer so we fell behind on the rental then they add a 85.00 lien fee for auction on our unit and late fees. Takes to the district manager Zac today and he helped me with absolutely nothing. Have called them three days in a row to talk to manager and didn't get a call back till today.
