I have had the worst experience with this place. Can't get the manager Shane to call me back. Some how my card got removed from there computer so we fell behind on the rental then they add a 85.00 lien fee for auction on our unit and late fees. Takes to the district manager Zac today and he helped me with absolutely nothing. Have called them three days in a row to talk to manager and didn't get a call back till today. I rented a unit here because of the great price (had a unit at Uhaul previously) I've been there 4 months and they are raising my rent $25. Not happy with that, defeats the whole purpose of going there. Now I have to find a less expensive or comparable to my old rate and go through all that bs again. (Truck rental, etc.). Thanks Extra Space!!!!! :-(. Maybe a $10. Raise would be more like it and after 6 months!

Staff is amazing...that's it! This place is a joke Besides the hidden fees longer then your arm, false advertisement. Every 6 months they do a $20. Raise then at 9 months the Corporate office raises it again by $33. Stating that it is their right as they appraise their property against other storage facilities. It's them fleecing their clients thinking we'll take it cause our things are there already. There are so many other storage places go where there prices are stable.

Disappointed that this company does not pro rate if you move your belongings out early. I paid $200 on the 16th and moved out the 24th and they did not give me any money back.

Drea, we require two days verbal OR 15 days written notice before vacating. If you advise the rental office of your intention to vacate before paying your final month, we will prorate your last month of rent so you pay only for what you use.
We had the unit for about 4 months and received a notice that our rate was going up. I spoke to their rep and she said that we were paying under market value even though that was the original offer. I told them we would be moving our stuff out by the end of the month and she said "No worries." . . . It was a relief to me that I was not inconveniencing her.
