I talked with Ryan who was helping out at this location yesterday. He was GREAT!! I needed to transfer my 2 units to another unit directly across the hallway and even though he was busy working on something else, he went straight back to the office to pull up my account and walk me through switching over to the new unit. This facility is first class and it clean you could eat off the floor. Tara works there and every time I have been there the staff is so kind, polite and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

This review is for the Ranch Road/620 location. I have kept my belongings in storage at this facility for several years and I have absolutely no complaints. Their facility is secure, clean and easily accessible. But what makes this location so amazing are the people. Tara is amazing! I have been with this storage facility for over a year now, and needed to downsize my unit. Thanks to Tara, I was able to obtain the online rate AND transfer my remaining paid days to the smaller unit and move in that very same day instead of having to wait until the next billing period. Great location 183/620. Excellent management and friendly and professional staff. The place is always clean inside and outside. I had a few issues that were handled quickly and fairly. I discovered that the original unit I rented was not large enough and Tara worked to find me a larger unit close to the original so rhat it would easier to move between units. ADVISE: They allow you to prepay months ahead which locks your price in. If you don't do this your rate will go up quickly. It could double, depending on the time of yea... read more
