I just wanted to say that Yolanda is one of the nicest managers I have met so far at Extra Space Storage. She is versatile in that she can work at different storage facilities, provides excellent customer service and not just that, she is not afraid to tackle difficult situations. She fixed one of the entry gates yesterday so I am certainly impressed! Thank you Yolanda for doing what you do and being so helpful!

I just moved in a few days ago. The property manager Tara is wonderful. Great customer service and so responsive. The facility and the units are clean and in a great location. The price is also better than most others I looked at for the same size unit I was needing. So far, I'm very happy with this storage facility and would recommend it to my friends.

Customer service was about as good as it gets. The place is clean and in great condition. It feels safe and I'm not worried about storing my things here at all. The price is also better than most of the others I looked at as well. It's day one, but I'm happy with my choice so far.

Tara was so nice and explained everything to me! She took me on a tour and helped me to pick out a unit. Facility was clean, lighted and the hours of operation was perfect for me. Thank you Tara for making this so easy.

TARA, Jeff, and Yolanda are very professional and fulfill the business practices of Extra Space with compassion. They always listen to my sad Financials. We love the facility on Hwy 620. We moved 2 hours away but have kept our storage needs with Tara's location. I would recommend Tara's Extra Space on Hwy 620 and Hwy 183 to anyone needing a storage unit. Their 10x30 have enough space for truck and more. You do not need to buy a lock. The locks are cylinders built in the door

Jeff & Tara are not only professional at what they do but have a caring heart. Extra Space is one of the BEST storage facilities that I would secure my stuff in very clean & SAFE!!! So if you are looking for a place to store your belongings, Extra Space is all you need to know!

The physical resources and the management team are excellent here at 620 and 183. Jeff was especially helpful this last month as we looked to move to a smaller storage unit. We've been customers for 5 years and have found the service to be consistently personable and caring.
