Clean, Friendly and efficient staff, good location, good atmosphere.
Had opportunity to be serviced by two staff. Both had outstanding customer service skills. The facility was very clean and secure.

I have used Extra Space Storage in Santa Fe, NM and Austin, TX. Both experiences were superior! Friendly, smart, helpful people are readily available to assist. Comparing 4-5 other storage facilities, Extra Space is by far the best! Clean, well-lighted, very secure, best prices by a wide margin. While I hate spending money on renting anything, especially storage, I needed a place for a few months while in between homes. Extra Space is great!!
Terra was fantastic with helping me move in! The space we rented was perfect!!
