Staff is super friendly and helpful. They knew my name and storage number when all I said was "I just recently paid for a storage space". Made it feel personalized. Staff showed me where carts were, where the space was, and put himself available for any other questions. The place itself was clean and easy to get to your storage.

This was cut and dry, simple and efficient, and always on point. The app is excellent for self-operation, the grounds are ALWAYS clean and operable, and the price was fair. It doesn't get any easier than this and that's what I'd call good business.

Super easy to access, conveniently located and always clean. Loved the climate control. Tara was always super helpful.
Tarra was AMAZIN!! She provide "plus 1" customer service and answered all my questions. Really excited to be renting from this location with awesome employees like her!
Very easy process and extremely clean facility. Tara was amazing and so helpful! The only recommendation I have is to get a few more rolling carts.

Being in the moving business over 20 years I have dealt with many storage facilities. Extra Space Storage located at 183&620 is by far the best and most pleasant. Always clean and neat. Tara is very professional kind l and courteous!! I always get a reminder on my last day before late fees have occurred. Which is a lifesaver when I'm busy. I highly recommend them!

I'm so glad I came across the storage space on my move from Cali back home to Texas. The manager Tarra was so helpful and attentive to all my needs, and got me the perfect space to fit my stuff perfectly. I truly can't say enough great things about the staff and building. The building is very clean, well lit, and I felt very safe loading and unloading my stuff. Highly recommend!!
