I rented for 1 month. The employee assisting me with the setup gave me a fair price and explained that the first month was half off and the second month the price would double. I think I paid $40 for a 5x10. I only needed the storage for 1 month. One week before the end of the rent period I notified them I had emptied the unit and was sent a confirmation email. I am very disappointed with this storage supplier. When I signed up it was around $75/month now it's $140/month. That's just the beginning of it, they had a leak/flood situation ruining thousands of dollars worth of my possessions along with BLACK MOLD everywhere. Not to mention, they had their garbage locked up so we had to pay another $130 just to unload everything at the dump. I called and spoke with their manager, he was not helpful and took no responsibility for what they did to my belongings. Do not rent here. Save you... read more

Chose this facility due to price. After a few months, I received a notice that the rates were doubling. Note, the rate we signed up for was the rate, not a promotional rate! We decided to move everything out days after my automatic payment was made. When we asked about a prorated refund we were told they don't offer that so now I'm losing approximately $84 due to their greed. Pretty horrible experience all around!

When I first ran in here I like the price for the size of the unit. Unfortunately, the price went up in the third or fourth month by about $100. Location is nice. Temperature inside the unit is always very warm. Lighting inside the units is pretty poor. Hard to see without a flashlight. Carts for moving storage item into storage units are very small. The grading into the building is it such a drastic slope that you have to have someone hold the cart while you load it so it doesn't roll off into the parking lot

I have been overall happy with my experience here - getting my storage space went smoothly and quickly - but now, in thr middle of a pandemic and ecnomic crises, I got a notice that they are raising our storage rate by more than $30 a month. Real dick move. At least now this will cause me to clean my stuff out of there as fast as possible, rather than leaving it there to cost me further money...so thanks for that.

I have been renting a unit at this location since August of 2019, and within only 3 months of having my items there, the unit had been broken into somehow without removing my lock and audio equipment was stolen from my unit. I reported it to the lady on staff and the only thing she could tell me was to file a claim and hope it gets paid out. The problem is someone was able to enter an indoor unit, in a building that requires a code to enter and another to get into an elevator to get to my unit. They of course were not able t... read more
