I searched all over town for a great rate on a large climate controlled unit and found Extra Space Storage just down the road. Great rates. Clean facilites. Really helpful people. The only issue I have is that the elevator does not give you enough time before either the doors close or the hurry up buzzer sounds.....

I'm very happy renting a storage unit here. The company and this particular location seem to have their act together. The units are clean, easily accessible, and secure. What more do you really need from a storage place? It's a great location, right off the highway, so that's a plus. Josh was the manager who helped us and was extremely attentive, patient, and very helpful. I really think he made a difference in making us comfortable storing our belongings at this location. Moved in recently. Process was pretty simple although the gentleman setting up my rental wasn't the most enthusiastic. Have encountered a lack of carts on my floor a couple of times. A next to impossible to remove sticker for "thanking me for being a renter" or something along those lines was placed on my brand new lock. I would have given the property 4 or 5 stars if they were not constantly spamming my email begging for a review.

Marissa and her team are wonderful. Joshua was helpful and informative. The facility is spotless and most importantly, Very SAFE. I don't worry about my belongings. Some facilities nearby might be less expensive but it could cost more in the long run. Completely satisfied and would recommend them to everyone.

Quick and professional customer service. Reasonable rates, especially for climate controlled units. The premises are very secure and very clean. It's easy to set up the account on line to pay the monthly fee. No long-term contracts, everything is month to month.
