I highly recommend this storage facility for its cleanliness and convenience. The staff ( Brittany and Angel) are extremely helpful. I've been using this facility for 5 years and never had a problem.

I have always had a great experience at Extra Space. This time Nora was such a help to me trying to get my granddaughter situated with a Unit. She is so sweet and such an asset to your company. We will always use Extra Space it's very clean, well lit and safe ! I highly recommend this company!

I have had such an amazing experience thus far and I am a brand new customer. Nora is so accommodating and helpful. Very client centered and customer service oriented. Clean, reasonably priced and secure. I have had a great customer service experience with Nora at the Katy Freeway location. Highly recommend both working with Nora and this location.
The manager Nora and Jimmy was extremely helpful, even though they did not have the space I was looking for, I would recommend.
Clean, lock code works great, elevator superb, bathroom clean, and great staff-what else do you need? Use this place if you need storage!
I used this company last year to hold my teaching materials and I am making a reservation for this year as well. It is the best company I have used (I have used quite a few through various moves as well as to store teaching materials). They are never pushy, everything is bright and clean, and the prices seem to be the best or one of the best in the area. Convenient location and access. The security and lighting are good and it is a well maintained facility. I have only rented for one month so far- but my experience to date has been very good.
