I recently stored my belongings here while I traveled back and forth to New York... This place is clean convenient and helpful. It all started at the front desk with how helpful and considerate the front desk made me feel about leaving my things here. I had a very expensive piece of art work that I thought would be ruined nope 100% not damaged giving this Texas heat in the summer . I give this place a 10/10. Thank you extra space storage and I'll be using you again.

I have 3 units at this location. I continue to get beyond exceptional service from Larry! Clean and modern updated facility...at great price. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Refreshing to see someone doing business right...with every interaction I've had with this business.

I have no complaints. My unit was clean, the place is keep up and I feel safe when going up there. Access Control system works flawlessly!

Great customer service -- Paul B., the assistant manager, did a great job of explaining the rental options and helping me to select the right units. His colleague, Victor C., also helped out when Paul's computer had problems. Both of them were extremely friendly and helpful.

I've enjoyed keeping a storage unit at Extra Space Storage on Capital of Texas Hwy for the past 3 years. I'm really picky about air quality, cleanliness and maintaining a good relationship with management and I'm continually impressed with my experience at Extra Space. Most recently, I stopped by to check on my renewal date, Michael was on the phone so I decided to call later.
