Extra Space Storage unit has been amazing in helping us with all of our catalog deliveries and I couldn't ask for a more awesome company to work with. Amanda works at the front and is super awesome to work with and has gone above and beyond to help our company out. Thank y'all for all you do!!!! Customer service was exceptional. We were daughter in a bind without enough room in the two units we rented. They scrambled and made phone calls to those with reservations and found us an additional unit.
I was looking for a storage space on behalf of the company I work for and we ended up settling with this location as they let me know they had a first month free promotion going on. I came in about 5 days before we needed the space so we could prepare for our movers. They had told me to wait until closer before signing the lease so that the lease start didn't include those extra days. The onsite manager Ray was excellent to work with. They had several spaces to pick from & pricing was reasonable. Initial phone contact through internet was also very good.
The staff is super friendly and the space is well maintained.
I had to find a storage facility at the last minute and I had driven by the facility numerous times. It looked so nice I thought it would be not in my budget but to my surprise it was reasonably priced. Bonus that they have various sizes of units. Also, it was amazingly clean as I have never seen a storage unit place as nice as this one. Evan helped me with all of my questions and I signed on the spot as he made things so easy. I'm very pleased with my decision.

WOW!!!!!! What an amazing experience! I needed to transfer many items from another storage unit to Extra Space and it was the best and easiest experience that Ive ever dealt with in finding, renting and moving storage units. Ray and Mary made the entire chain of events so easy and so nice. I highly recommend extra Space Storage on 360. So glad I made the move from Public Storage to them! Lost $THOUSANDS$ to a wrong email and expired credit card on file. Proceed with caution! I Have used this location a few times over the years. This most recent stay was a disaster. I signed up over the phone as the person on location was walking the property and later found out was filling in because of some firings. Got the text messages that payment wasn't working. Called and asked to give to them over the phone. They kept saying they would send me an email link. The call center or the person at the desk moved things aroun... read more
