RecommendedI spoke to Kim at the Monroe Rd location in Charlotte. She helped me find an option that was cost efficient and convenient for me. She was very polite and helpful. She was also very thorough in explaining everything, especially all the fees that were involved. Kim is a joy to work with! My experience with extra spare storage was great. From customer service to moving in was a great experience. Facility manager kim was very friendly, knowledgeable and sweet. She was very helpful from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend to others.

Great storage units nice and clean, fresh paint and well maintained. however, cost is WAY too high! The storage industry is way too high on costs! Not sure if it's demand or the industry is trying to normalize cost to customers. Doors need to be fixed to keep open so you can manage the unloading better. This company as well others need to have some more focus on customer retention instead of so much on customer acquisition. The storage unit was very clean and access thru the gate was very easy. The unit was climate controlled so I did not have any damage from heat exposure. The building seemed to be well secured when/if I had to go to my unit after dark! The only recommendation I would make is that there be more lighting in the units because upon moving out we could not see how things were stacked or what was stacked so it made it a little difficult for the movers to see how to move things around. employees in office are very nice and helpful. easy to pay monthly bill. easy access to storage unit. there was always a flat bed dolly to use to transport your belongings. it is temperature controlled and clean on inside. it is my 2nd time using their facility. i give it 5 stars.
