RecommendedGreat storage units nice and clean, fresh paint and well maintained. however, cost is WAY too high! The storage industry is way too high on costs! Not sure if it's demand or the industry is trying to normalize cost to customers. Doors need to be fixed to keep open so you can manage the unloading better. This company as well others need to have some more focus on customer retention instead of so much on customer acquisition. i had a 3 month move in special and one month was taken away and now after another 2 months, they have raised my rates...so within 5 months, i have been told the rising cost and this that and the other...well my 2 cents, poor customer service, sorry company told by them, 'nothing is guaranteed', well one thing is, my moving out of this sorry companies facility
