Employees are very friendly and helpful. Clean location. We love our drive up access and great gate hours. The kiosk helped us when office was closed which was very cool so we didn’t have to wait until the office opened up. Great storage place l!!!

I can truthfully say that out of all the storage units I’ve rented at in the past, none can compare to the excellent customer service I’ve received here at extra space storage. Raymond goes above and beyond for me every time I need anything and never lacks a positive attitude 👍
We have used this facility for years. We live in Gilroy and the site is in town too. The company calls or emails when there is a problem, which I like. Have told other people here we store our stuff when asked. Will continue to use until we don;t need to.
