This place comes highly recommended and strongly suggest using them. Raymond stayed behind to make sure everything was okay. He was amazing and the level of customer service is outstanding.

I've had three storage units here. Now finally down to one! Each time the manager, Raymond, was always very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I appreciated that he took the time to show me various available units and different sizes so I could see which best suited my needs. I often see him on property and he keeps the facilities well maintained and clean.

I love the storage unit I will be renting. Raymond is a very nice gentleman, showed me around and was able to get in and out. I would definitely recommend.

I haven't begun using this storage but my experience booking a space for this week has so far been pleasant and as easy as can be. Raymond was outstanding and helpful and gave me everything I needed. It's hard doing this kind of thing and it helps to have someone like Raymond on the other end to make one feel confident that things will go smoothly. I wish to give a glowing review to Raymond at the Gilroy, CA facility: 8900 Murray Ave. I had to quickly move out of state, by myself and without help to be able to start a new job. He was, at all times helpful, especially when I had to leave a few items behind that did not fit into my truck. He spoke with me three times as I tried to get a handyman I knew to remove the few items from the storage unit, but this person never showed up.
