Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for two reasons. First, the mice and their droppings ruined a lot of my belongings. I have put traps over the last 9 months and snagged at least 30 mice.. Second, I notified them I was moving out 2 days after the payment was made,not being able to get a moving truck until then. I asked for some kind of pro rate and they obviously denied me.. Wow $217 for two days of storage.. Maybe I was at fault, for not reading their policies.
I was looking for storage space, I called the Extraspace storage on Murray ave, Gilroy, Ca. however the calls are directed to a call center. I was asking about the 10 x 10 unit I saw on the website. Be aware of how pricing changes, I was first quoted 171.00 per month until I mentioned the site shows this unit at 135.00.
