Straight Scam!! Literally there 2 months and raised my rent by $50 a month. They will put a promotion online which seems good to get you to move in and then raise it soon in hopes it's to much trouble to move out and you will just pay the extra money fee. Promotion was $49.00 a month with $21.00 insurance fee and they jacked it up to $98 with a $21 insurance fee. After 2 months!!! I moved out the same day. Crooks

They nearly doubled the price after 4 months, without warning. For the first four months I was paying $81/mo, then without any notification it went up to $151. I will be leaving as soon as I can get all my stuff out.

. Our trailer was vandalized at this property. The insurance care purchased along with the rental space did not cover this. It only covered what was in the trailer. Our property was ruined, we cannot sell it as is, we're at a loss here and extra space does nothing even though it happened on their property. Until they get better security, avoid this location at all costs.

I've been here for maybe a little over a year. They raised the storage fee by $10 with him the first 2 months. So mind you I went from pay $74 to then $84 to now having to pay $174!!!!!!!! This is crap! What a huge spike! This place is horrible . So if you want to spend and get hit with a huge spike go ahead and check this place out!!!!!

This is place trash. I rented my storage so i could go out of town for a few months, I specifically told the counter person I wanted to pay for 2 months in advance. They call send a text after a month saying I owe them for another month. Spoke to the manager on site he was as useless as tits the on a boar. Waiting for a call from his boss now.

I am so disappointed right now about this place. We got our RV storage place in November there and were happy. It is hard to find an RV storage place near your home. In January they hiked up the monthly rent already. Although we had an offer for an alternative RV spot in Hollister, we decided to stay at Extra Space because it is closer to our home. Well today I received a voicemail from Extra Space telling us that we have to move our RV out by Mid June, barely four weeks from now and you all know how hard it is to find RV sp... read more

Ever since people changed it's hard to get a hold of somebody at least before I was able to either talk to Mike or Gino about any situation at this point it seems to be either a call or go by and the units either closed or I don't get a response on my car and then I get a call back at inconvenient time or at while I'm at work and I cannot speak to anybody bad

I have stored my camper at this location for 4 years. During that time, I have had my registration tag stolen, my storage compartment ransacked and looted, and most recently the door was ripped open and several items stolen. In that same period the rent more than doubled (25%/yr!). The site is not very secure and their cameras did not even capture the perps, since I was told they do not have IR capability. This was the last straw - I am moving out!
