so far everything is great. friendly professional staff my only complaint is the light does not work and I changed the bulb

I've been in and out of this storage complex for years and there have been so many great people working here that make it so much easier for a task that is daunting. It is well lit well groomed and the hours are great. I would highly recommend it

Best Value in town, they were able to match pricing online which was an AMAZING deal!!! Ask to speak to Robert on staff, very approachable and professional, Glad I check this facility out before the rest in Town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Edward is very helpful and knowledgeable. Edward worked with us through a transition for work. He was accommodating and understanding of what we were experiencing. I would highly recommend this location and staff to all that need extra space!

We were customers for about 7 months and never had any issues! The price is great considering other storage establishments in the Area. It was always extremely clean and secure. The access hours are a bonus because they allow until 10pm. Very recommended Thank you to all of the staff!

Employees at Extra Space Storage located in Gilroy, CA are compassionate, understanding and patient. My confused and elderly father was notified to move his RV from another location and we were on a short time line that left us frustrated. Edward, the manager and his assistant listened to our dilemma and guided us thru the process with ease. His calm and friendly demeanor allowed us to relax and tackle our problem. We are so grateful to Edward and his staff.
