Just set up a storage unit with Anna and she was so helpful! Very excited to start clearing out some junk :) She walked me through all the policies and helped me view a few units to determine the best fit for me. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Anna!

We needed a 10 x 10 drive up access storage space for a kitchen and living room remodeling project and we needed it fast. It was all done online and super easy. I haven't even needed to speak or see anyone in person at all. Accessing the property and our unit was super easy. Although I did have a little issue finding the keypad to exit the property as it was on an unmarked pole, that looked like all the other poles around the property... until I noticed the keypad. I've never rented a storage unit before and ERIN C. made the process fast and easy!... She was extremely personable and has excellent customer service skills.... She was Kind & patient with me as I asked many questions and rambled as I do :-) about WHY I needed the Unit. I had her laughing as I explained I have 2 big dogs that now occupy my garage & backyard and I wouldn't dare store my new bedroom furniture in there until my room is ready!...Thanks Again Erin or all of your assistance, keep that wonderful spirit!

Over the years, I have been a repeat customer at this location 4 times now. Erin the Assistant Manager called to invite me in to see the units they had available to rent. Erin is very friendly and polite. When I arrived I met with Rick the manager. While showing me the unit to the back of the property. This facility is top notch and the level of customer service by both Rick and Erin (I hope I spelled that right) goes by far above and beyond. They are extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to your needs and satisfaction. I even received a follow up call just to assure I was satisfied and my move in went well. Rick was really helpful and friendly. We were undecided on what size to get the storage, but he was able to help us out with the perfect size unit. He showed us the unit and was really detailed about the pricing. Would definitely recommend this place!

If anyone ask me to recommend a storage to rent. This Extra Space Storage at San Lorenzo will always be my number 1 recommendation. Special thanks to Rick the store manager he is a fun, caring, down to earth. He is always there to assist. I've been renting the storage here for a year already. Not planning to move to other storage. Come to Extra Space at San Lorenzo, I'm sure you'll never find another storage like this one.
